this is how to grab attention at a international auto show, think outside the convention center! REO in 1927 Helsinki Auto Show

this, is a showroom built by the REO importer Mr Peltola, outside the auto show, to grab attention and isolate potential customers from the rest of the makers

Mr. Peltola the importer did not want to join the other car dealers at the show and decided to have his own display in a market square called Kasarmintori in Helsinki. A look inside the novelty shown in the middle photo above, demonstrates just how well the display showcased the product for the firm. Just think Segway of self powered skateboards. No pushing, pumping, or pedaling. Lean forward, it's moving forward. Lean back, and regenerative braking kicks in, slows you and if you stay leaned back, you will go back in the other direction

If they only would trade for a kidney or first born!

I have never seen such a piece of craftmanship before. He lives in a small village with a special collection of 48 bikes, collected over more than 50 years.

this might be a good way to keep from getting door dinged

I parked in the nearest open spot (on the right of the photo) and then realized that if I left the cart be, and not return it to the corral, it would keep that side of my car from getting door dinged.

Then it occurred to me that maybe, that cart was put there so the other car wouldn't get door dinged. I wonder if that other car put it there, or if anyone has gotten to realize that the best way to keep from getting door dinged at the grocery store is to pull a couple carts alongside their car
