dad of the year goes to this kids inventive and thoughtful dad

this kid is stuck with a wheel chair.... but his dad isn't going to throw in the towel on Halloween, he raised the bar for all dad's, and specifically those with kids in difficult situatiuons, and made his kid really happy and likely the most adored kid in his town for a while.

Bravo man! My compliments and admiration!
