Truckers not getting anywhere on the 15 North into Vegas are not happy about all the small cars zipping by on the shoulder

So the truckers slid over and blocked the shoulder and trucking lane

We were stuck for no apparent reason for 2 hours on the 15, and never did see anything that caused the free way to become a parking lot.
